$125 per hour
All packages will include tables, chairs, linens (white only), outdoor heaters, and any electrical cords necessary, trash bins and bags.

November thru April

These packages include the time it takes you to set up which includes decorating and tear down. If any additional time is needed,
it must be requested upon booking.
All events must end at 10pm which means clean up and tear down will begin at 9pm and any and all
music will end at 9pm. Alcohol last call will be 8pm.
As your hosts we will be available during the event if our assistance is needed. We will also take care of
all garbage. But all trash must be picked up and placed in trash bins before leaving the property.
